Each user is only permitted to own one (1) account only on the nami55 Platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination.
Nami55 conducts the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit identity documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address. The KYC process is typically completed in under 10 minutes and must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. nami55 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including nami55 staff.
The nami55 Platform supports a variety of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the platform's Withdrawal section.
The minimum deposit into a nami55 account is RM10. All deposits are processed in real time. nami55 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own charges. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform.
Withdrawals will be processed once your account has been verified through the KYC process. The chosen withdrawal method must match the original deposit method for security purposes. nami55 processes withdrawals within the timeframe stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform, and actual processing time depends on the selected payment provider.

Each bonus received carries wagering requirements that must be met before the associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet the requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated wins being forfeited.
Nami55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonuses and associated wins, as well as suspend accounts, should we detect any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts solely to obtain bonuses, coordination between different accounts, or any other form of bonus fraud.

All games offered on the nami55 Platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure true fairness and randomness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error.
Should any technical disruption, server failure, or software error occur during a game session, nami55 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the relevant bet amount. Results displayed as a result of a technical error are not considered valid.
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are displayed within the respective game interface. nami55 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

All content found on the nami55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of nami55 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Users are not permitted to duplicate, distribute, republish, sell, rent, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nami55.
Nami55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence or suspicion that the user has breached any of the Terms stated in this document.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the nami55 customer support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding requirements (including bonus wagering requirements) must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.
Upon account termination, you will lose access to all Platform services. Any bonus with outstanding wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned upon completion of the review process.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, nami55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses resulting from gaming activity, service disruptions, or technical errors.

Nami55 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or notices to their registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the date the changes come into effect.
